Why do we have to be lvl 75 then can use rebirth card suppose to be anylvl can use... if i not wrong... please fix this or is this meant to be this way and rb card is 0g which is -.- pls give it a price lol

to use RB card u have to be lvl 75+ its like that in all servers

the price is good at 0g coz ppl try hard but not very hard to get to lvl 75 soo they get something easy and free
