unable to Extract new patches into folders.

Hello, I'm mana, IGN Mana lol. I have a laptop which i I play the server on. Okay here is my question. Why is it I cannot extract this new patch into my pko folders? On my laptop when I downloaded the old patch I was able to get inside, extract without errors. So I tried it here and it gave me ' Cannot create file ' and I had to break the operation countless times. Anyone want to tell me why? I do go Hamachi by the way.

Use the "extract here".. if that doesn't work, try download the patch again or make new folder to extract it in
